Community Water System
The Springs Community water system serves all members of The Springs with clean, potable spring water. It consists of main water lines that run beneath the community and a pump house which pulls the water out of the ground and delivers it to the homes. The Springs water system also has a backup generator that provides water even when normal electrical service is out. Residents of The Springs do not need expensive water filtration systems because the water delivered to homes is pure.
