Treasurer's Report: Second quarter assessments are being mailed out. Membership: New member application received from Mark and Michelle Grile at 44 Palm Drive. The Griles have 2 daughters, Lauren age 3 and Anna 18 months, and a baby boy to be born in May. New renters Gary and Regina Towen at 7 Magnolia Lane. Social: The Social Committee held their meeting with 12 present. The following events are planned: Coffee and donuts on March 27th and a pot luck, bingo, and card social the evening of March 27th, and a Yard Sale and Bake Sale on April 17th. Other events are a Chili Cookoff and Hawaiian Night, dates to be announced. Area Grounds: The new railings will be installed at the pool this month. Work on the extension of the boat ramp should begin around March 29th. Thanks to Marvin Pool and Bill Cassell for replacing the lights in the clubhouse. With regrets, the Board accepted the resignation of Mike Burger as Board Member. Thanks to Mike for the work he has done with the Board.
March 27th - Coffee and donuts March 27th - Pot luck dinner, bingo and card social. Bring your setups for the dinner. April 8th - Board Meeting April 17th - Yard Sale and Bake Sale. Donated items should be brought to the clubhouse between 5 and 9 P.M. on Friday, April 16th. Lunch will be available for a nominal fee. A lending library is available at the clubhouse. Please share your books, magazines, games, and puzzles with others. This is an honor system, so you will need to sign out your item(s) in the book and return them when you are finished so others can enjoy. If anyone has a bookcase they'd like to donate, call Becky Lacher.
