Our community includes many amenities and privileges for active members. Active members enjoy the following:

Pool - Our unique spring-fed pool is like no other in the country. It is fed by dozens of natural springs and sand boils. It has a sand bottom and cement walls. Hundreds of thousands of gallons of fresh, pure 72 degree water flow through the pool each day. The pool completely changes its water every three hours, eliminating the need for chemicals to purify the water.

Park Area - Our park area is a 3 3/4-acre natural habitat for birds, fish, and other animals. The aquarium canal is the main feature of our park area. It is home to numerous sand boils, fish, and herons. The spring-fed pool and the constantly-flowing artesian well both discharge their water into the aquarium canal.

Clubhouse - Our lakefront clubhouse is where social events and board meetings take place. It is also part of our park area. Built in the 1960s.

Marina - Residents can rent boat slips in our marina. It has a boat canal that leads to Lake Harris and allows residents to take their boats on the Harris Chain of Lakes.

Water System - Our Springs water system provides crystal-clear spring water to our residents. We have a pump house, community well, and water lines throughout the community that serve individual residences.

Dock - Springs residents enjoy fishing in Lake Harris from our dock. The dock is lighted for night fishing and has a bench for those residents who like to sit on the dock and enjoy the views of the lake.
