CLUBHOUSE RENTAL

to exceed ____ persons to use the Springs Park Area Inc. clubhouse facilities on

________________. If permission is granted I agree to (a) provide

adequate supervision to protect the Corporation property and personnel, (b) abide by

the Corporation's Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations, and (c) leave the clubhouse and

equipment as clean and in order as before its use by my group. I have read Article XII

Section C of the bylaws and understand that this permit does not authorize exclusive use of any

facilities other than the clubhouse.
