The clubhouse is where all community socials, board meetings, and other functions take place in The Springs. The clubhouse is available for rental by residents. It has a kitchen, is fully furnished with tables and chairs, and can accomodate fairly large crowds. The clubhouse was constructed in the 1960s and today has been extensively remodeled.
